Organizational structure.

Trainee: Trainees participate in the proprietary GCI Training Program, attending weekly training sessions to learn about basic fundamentals of finance, valuation, markets, and presentation skills.

Junior Analyst: First-semester analysts who participate in research for stock pitches and research reports and may opt for the GCI Mentorship Program.

Analyst: After completing a semester as a Junior Analyst, Analysts may now participate in pitch presentations and may take the lead on their own equity research reports.

Senior Analyst: Appointed by the Sector Head and Chief Investment Officer, Senior Analysts (about 2-3 per sector) lead weekly market updates, administer sector-specific Advanced Training sessions for Junior Analysts, take leading roles in pitch presentations and valuation, and assist the Sector Head on the Annual Report.

Sector Head: The Sector Head is the portfolio manager of their respective sector’s investments, leading research and implementation on stock pitches, delegating analyst responsibilities, and working with the CIO to create the Annual Report.

The Board: The Board consists of the CEO, CIO, CTO, CFO, COO, and CMO, along with the VP of Human Capital, VPI, VPT(s), VPF, VPO, and VPM.
