At GCI, we advocate a merit-based system which is why we have developed our full semester proprietary training program. The premise is simple: get through our rigorous training program to get offered a junior analyst position.

If you believe you already have the knowledge necessary to skip our training program and immediately become a junior analyst, please apply here.

GCI’s training program will be held twice a week and will offer countless resources, practice problems, and support systems to ensure everyone has the opportunity to learn as much as possible about investing. Not only will our training program prepare you for GCI and future finance interviews, but we will also teach you the principles for personal investing as well.

This spring, the training program will be held in person.
